today I went in to the orthodontist for the first time and I was super nervous but they all had a smile on their face and they were super nice.

Everyone is super friendly and they always make you feel safe and comfortable. They tell you exactly what they are doing and they always give you a heads up about what is going to happen next. They are very professional, but fun at the same time. They are also very organized and never make you wait, which is really good if you are in a hurry. I would give them a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend them to someone who is thinking about getting braces.
